Tree Tops Cottage in Eagle River

The Tree Tops Cottage is located in Eagle River on Catfish Lake, the largest lake on the Eagle River chain of 28 connected lakes. The cottage was remodeled in 2006.

Eagle River is a very friendly and tranquil community. Each season is blessed with an abundance of color and beauty. The cottage is on the World's Largest Chain of Inland Fresh Water Lakes which provides the finest fishing areas for Musky, Walleye, Northern and Pan fish. The area has outstanding dining and great shopping choices. A 5-plex movie theater in downtown Eagle River offers the latest movies. The Protestant and Catholic churches in town welcome vacationers. There is also a municipal airport.

Tree Tops Cottage Rates, Saturday to Saturday. Daily rentals when available.

May 5 - June 2, 2012 : $800 
June 2 - June 30, 2012: $1,000
June 30 - September 1, 2012: $1,200
September 1 - September 29, 2012: $1,000 
September 29 - October 27, 2012 : $800

All rates are subject to Wisconsin Sales Tax of 5.5% and Eagle River Room Tax of 4.5%.
• Rates are for 1-4 guests, additional guests are $50 each per week (maximum of 6 guests)
• $200 damage deposit due upon check in
• Deposit of one-half of rental due with reservation form to guarantee rental
• No cancellations due to weather
• No refund of rental deposit unless cottage can be rented during your date
• Remainder of rental due upon check in
• Well mannered pets are welcome, maximum 2 pets. Additional $100 for 1 or $150 for 2.
• Check-in on Saturday after 1:00 p.m.
• Check-out on Saturday by 9:00 a.m.
• Occupancy limited to no more than 6 cottage occupants and 4 additional day time guests
• Parking available for car and boat trailer
• Loud or unruly partying is strictly prohibited
