House has a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths...master has a queen, and the 1st bedroom also has a queen......the 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds(1 bunk and 1 daybed).  A fully equipped kitchen and seperate laundry room...dining room sits 6 comfortably and of course, the large screened porch for dining on the bay or just relaxing in the rocking chairs

Rates are subject to change and based on dates of occupancy...all rentals will need to pay a $120 cleaning fee and 9% taxes.....security deposit required for all rentals due at time of reservation......this deposit is refundable within 15 days of departure after cleaning and provided there are no missing items or broken items ....Pets are welcome with a fee....please call for specials!!!
