Both bedrooms feature a Queen size bed, plus a Queen leather sleeper in the Living Room. Comfortably sleeps 6. Full size gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an elegant modern bathroom. Breathtaking ocean views from the Living Room and Bedrooms. Cress Point has a firepit right in front of the Living Room that looks over the ocean.

For over 70 years Laguna Beach has been graced with the presence of this celebratory event, now exhibiting the works of over 140 acclaimed local artists. Festival of Arts has grown from humble beginnings to become the world-famous attraction it is today. Special treat: every night at 8:30p sees the Pageant of the Masters , a true-to-life staging of some of the art world's most famous pieces.
