Rich dark wood floors lead to two private bedrooms that offer a luxurious atmosphere with graceful Queen-size beds featuring top of the line air-loom mattresses.  Beautiful high thread count linens adorn the pillow-top mattresses to welcome sleep and tranquility.  Ample mirrored wardrobes are included in each room as well as ceiling fans, warm lighting and a flat screen TV.  Guests will experience deep restorative slumber as they are lulled to sleep by the crashing waves.  

A full-size gourmet kitchen provides guests the opportunity to prepare nutritious meals at the villa.  Chefs will delight while cooking in this luxurious space, which boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the utensils necessary for serving and preparing meals.  When it comes to enjoying meals, guests can choose to either dine inside at the glass-top table, or at the ocean-view bar table located in the private ocean-facing courtyard.  A gas barbeque and stone firepits are also available in the courtyard.  Stairs leading down to Cress Beach are conveniently located just outside the property gate, which makes beach outings effortless.  An outside shower is available on-site for post-beach rinse-offs.  Cress Point comes thoughtfully equipped with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for guest use and the convenience of garage parking is available for one vehicle.

For everyone who loves art, Festival of Arts is a can't-miss event. For over 70 years Laguna Beach has been graced with the presence of this celebratory event, now exhibiting the works of over 140 acclaimed local artists. Festival of Arts has grown from humble beginnings to become the world-famous attraction it is today.
•Each summer, Laguna Beach hosts the Pageant of the Masters, where paintings by artistic "masters" are brought to life by actors. Come check out the tableaux vivant.
•The Festival of the Arts displays artwork by the best local artists on the grounds in Laguna Canyon. The artwork is all for sale. (Summer & December)
•The Laguna Art Museum is a fun museum overlooking the ocean. The permanent exhibit features artwork by California artists.
