Wood-burning fireplace, High Speed Internet, TV with Satellite / DVD player and VCR player,  BBQ Grill (charcoal). 1 Double Bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. There's a washer/ dryer, iron and board, dishwasher, starter supply of soaps and paper goods, as well as linens and towels provided (for additional rate, noted).  Kitchen utilities, microwave, stove/oven and BBQ grill (charcoal) and patio set on your private screened porch with lake view. 

Beautiful Lake Glenville is just across the street which has spectacular waterfalls to view while on the lake boating where one can rent boats and recreational supplies for 'on the water fun'. The Cashiers and Highlands area is just minutes away from your cottage. Likewise is Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard, all within just over an hour from your rental. 

Refundable Reserve/Security Deposit of $100.

Minimum nightly rate of $100 if you provide your own linens. 

Maximum nightly rate of $110 if we provide all towels and sheets.

Weekly Rate of $565 plus One time WiFi Fee of $15 and

One-time Cleaning fee of $75.
