A large master bedroom and attached master bath are as spa-like as you'll find in upscale hotels.The second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom with a twin bed are also beautifully decorated.
The front courtyard is ideal for enjoying an evening cocktail with a spectacular view of the mountains. The rear courtyard is private, and ideal for barbequing.
Large 3 boat deep garage is ideal for parking all your toys. There is also RV parking on the side of the house.

Windsor boat dock allows for all the water fun. A quick boat ride to the California side of Lake Havasu will give you opportunities for some gambling.
The historic London Bridge is a real tourist attraction. You can find quaint shops and restaraunts at that part of town.
Great golfing nearby including an Arnold Palmer course at the Refuge.

Winter Rates
$200 per night with a minimum 2 night stay. Holidays require a 3 night stay.
$1025 per week. If a week has a holiday in it, the rate will be $1,200.
$1,500 per month for a 1 month minimum stay. Lower rates will apply for multiple months.
