Beautifully appointed home is on a quiet street and has just been remodeled. Updated kitchen, living, bedrooms, and bathrooms are what you'd find in an upscale home. The house is modern yet comfortable, and is an ideal getaway for you and your family or friends. 

Living and kitchen areas are open to one another. You can eat at the wrap around bar, the casual dining area, or on the backyard patio. Whatever your choice, this comfortable home will renew your spirits.

A large master bedroom and attached master bath are as spa-like as you'll find in upscale hotels.The second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom with a twin bed are also beautifully decorated.

The front courtyard is ideal for enjoying an evening cocktail with a spectacular view of the mountains. The rear courtyard is private, and ideal for barbequing.

Large 3 boat deep garage is ideal for parking all your toys. There is also RV parking on the side of the house.

For you off-road riders- This home is on the edge of town and desert riding is a stone's throw away.

There are so many special events in Havasu that you're bound to find plenty to do during your stay.

Windsor boat dock allows for all the water fun. A quick boat ride to the California side of Lake Havasu will give you opportunities for some gambling.

The historic London Bridge is a real tourist attraction. You can find quaint shops and restaraunts at that part of town.

Great golfing nearby including an Arnold Palmer course at the Refuge.

Summer Rates (April through August)

$125 per night with a minimum 2 night stay.

$750 for one week stay.

Winter Rates

$175 per night with a minimum 2 night stay. Holidays require a 3 night stay.

$1025 per week. If a week has a holiday in it, the rate will be $1,200.

$1,500 per month for a 1 month minimum stay. Lower rates will apply for multiple months.

Conditions
Deposit of $750- Credit card info will be held for deposit. Any damages will be charged to the deposit. Deposits will be returned within 5 days after departure.
