There are several small local beaches, and the closest touristy beach is the famous Clearwater beach which is 16 miles South. At this beach you can sunbathe, collect shells, showers/restrooms, enjoy food on the beach at the concession stand or across the street at the famous Frenchys, and last but not least, relaxing!

If you wish to go on excursions, there are several options, day cruises, boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing, sea fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

If you enjoy golfing, the New Port Richey area is close to some of the finest Florida Gulf Coast courses, many anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes from the vacation home.

There is a $100 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.

For deposits and payments, we accept Paypal (small fee), cashiers check or cash.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and later.

Check out time is no later than 12 noon.
