vacation rental description
A very private two-bedroom lakefront vacation hideaway with an adjacent studio. Private 20' boat dock and 100' of lake frontage at the secluded south end of Martinez Lake (no-wake zone). The house is set back 100 yards from the road, so no noise, even on holiday weekends, and your toys are secure. 350 square-foot deck is cantilevered over the water. House can sleep 3 couples in privacy, plus 2 in the studio.
Plenty of parking for cars and boats on over an acre. Fully furnished with linen, towels, dishes and flatware. Washer and dryer. Fully air-conditioned, dining for four inside or on the patio. Private dock can accomodate two 20-foot boats.

There are two launch ramps within 1/4 mile, two restaurant/bars within walking distance, gas docks, a gas station, convenience store and Post Office.
The private dock can handle three boats. There are DVD players, satellite tv, microwaves, refrigerators, and a charcoal barbeque.

Miles of jeep trails , a nature preserve, swimming and fishing in a private lagoon. Wildife include owls, quail, bats, bobcats, ring-tailed cats, coyotes and desert reptiles.
vacation rental rates
3 night minimum. Weekend is $895. Holiday weekends are $1195. Weekday nights (Monday through Wednesday) are $215. $1995 per week, except during holidays. Off-season (Nov-March) is up to 1/2 off. $200 cleaning and security deposit required to hold your reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 3 weeks before occupancy. No smoking, please.
This is our family vacation home, not a party house, so no large crowds, please.
