Condo is on the 2nd floor end unit with great ocean views from Balcony, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 6. Private balcony (great for watching the dolphins) with cushioned lounge chairs, Living room, kitchen, dining room overlooks ocean, beautiful landscaped gardens and beach with lifeguard. Private parking with 2 parking spaces, elevator. Building has security entrance. Fully equiped kitchen, with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and central air. No smoking and no pets please. 3 TVs and DVD. Queen Bed, 2 Single Beds and Sofa Sleeper. Our unit has been recently updated from the pictures listed so it is even nicer! You will love it! Award winning gardens below our balcony and the ocean right in front of you! Also ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room area.
