Built in 2007, the home is furnished in a shabby chic lake house style.  The spacious master suite has a soaking tub and a separate shower.  A second bedroom and full bath is also on the first floor.  Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one full bath and a reading/TV nook with plenty of movies, board games and books.  The cook will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an outdoor gas grill and a dining table that seats 8.  The home has a large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry/mud room and an outdoor shower.  The outdoor amenities include a sprawling, private yard and an oversized deck with seating for 10.  There is parking for 4 cars.

For your comfort, the cozy lake house includes:

Gaze at the stars, make a fire and roast marshmallows at night.  Wake up and it's just a 5 minute walk to the private beach, the market, or an ice cream parlor.  Enjoy bike rides to Red Arrow Road House, Whistle Stop Market, Round Barn wine tasting bar, Swedish Bakery and Cafe, fantastic antique shops or quaint downtown New Buffalo Harbor.  This lake house is located within walking or biking distance to all the best Union Pier has to offer!
