Airy central Living Room w/WBF and skylights opens to rear deck.  Master Bedroom w/queen-sized bed opens to 2nd, private deck and has full en suite bath w/two medicine cabinets.  On opposite side of house, one double-bed Bedroom (opens to rear deck) and one twin-bed Bedroom (no deck access) share 2nd full bath, also w/two medicine cabinets.  Full well-equipped Kitchen opens to rear deck.  Indoor Dining Room seats 6. 

Includes local use of Mustang Convertible with attached Village and Town Beach Parking Permits for duration of rental.  Drivers covered by owner's insurance.
