Central heat and air, separate kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. Laundry on site with lovely private pool heated for the cooler months. Private patio, assigned parking just in front of residence. Cable tv. Internet available after Feb. 2012.

Stoll or bike down the quiet street just one half block from Lido Beach or take a short walk to famous St Armands Circle with upscale shopping and fine dining as well as homemade ice cream for the children. Shop Tommy Bahama, Ed Hardy, Lily Pulitzer, sample fine cigars & wine or enjoy a Starbucks iced coffee in the afternoon. January - March:  $2800 a month (includes Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning fee deposit, making total amount due $2900.  $80 of Cleaning Deposit will be returned if the condo is left in “move in ready” condition, (refer to “move in ready” condition below).  $20 of Cleaning Deposit will not be returned to pay inspection fee to cleaning company. Minimum TWO WEEKS at $700 per week (including Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning deposit, making total amount due $1500.  Same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.  

April & May:  $1200 a month (includes Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning fee deposit, making total amount due $1300.  $80 of Cleaning Deposit will be returned if the condo is left in “move in ready” condition, (refer to “move in ready” condition below).  $20 of Cleaning Deposit will not be returned to pay inspection fee to cleaning company.   Weekly Rate:  $700/wk. (including Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning deposit, making total amount due $800/wk., same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.  

June - August:  $1100 a month (includes Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning fee deposit, making total amount due $1200.  $80 of Cleaning Deposit will be returned if the condo is left in “move in ready” condition, (refer to “move in ready” condition below).  $20 of Cleaning Deposit will not be returned to pay inspection fee to cleaning company.   Weekly Rate:  $600/wk. (including Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning deposit, making total amount due $700/wk., same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.  

September - December:  $1200 a month (includes Florida Taxes), NOT including $100 cleaning fee deposit, making total amount due $1300.  $80 of Cleaning Deposit will be returned if the condo is left in “move in ready” condition, (refer to “move in ready” condition below).  $20 of Cleaning Deposit will not be returned to pay inspection fee to cleaning company. “Move in Ready” Condition:  Clean, organized and supplied for next tenant including:  

• Floors, dishes, bathrooms, bedroom, living room, kitchen and appliances cleaned.
• Bedding and towels washed, beds made and towels hung for next renters.
• Replace used paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cooking supplies.
• Remove all garbage
• Set thermostat at 80°
