Quiet, bright end unit on the 5th floor of an 11 floor building!  Newly renovated bathrooms and all new appliances!  You do not get this view up and down the beach from low level condo buildings. Located right on the beach. Nothing between our building and the water but sand!  Conveniently situated between Kure Beach and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. From the balconies, you can easily see what's going on with your family or guests on the beautiful sandy beach with no rocks or piers in your way like other NC beach areas. The sand bar at low tide is great fun to walk out to.

Features bedroom with 2 Twins and TV, bedroom with a Queen (both use full hall bathroom), and King master suite with TV/DVD and oceanfront balcony access. New bedding/matresses. Also comes with fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with new comfy chairs and Queen Sleeper Sofa/Chaise and balcony access. Also includes iPod docking station, 2 hair dryers, 3 TV's, DVD and new tile flooring throughout. 

Our condo condo comes with great sunrises, calming ocean breezes and sounds, plus elevator, indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool. Enjoy the poolside grill and picnic area or take a short stroll to Pop's ice cream stand or to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar next door.  

Lifeguard station right on the beach in front of our building.  Covered and non-covered parking available on site with shopping carts available to take luggage and groceries up the elevator.

New beach chairs on balcony outside family room and master bedroom, new washer/dryer/dishwasher/stove.  DVD in Master and family room, TV in family room, master, and twin bedroom.  Washer/Dryer in unit.  No smoking and no pets please.

Outside hoses available on the short boardwalk between our building and the beach to rinse off before entering the building.  Workout room with Universal machine and exercise bike on site.

Tons to do in the Carolina Beach area.  We are in a quiet section of Pleasure Island right between downtown Carolina Beach and Kure Beach/Ft. Fisher.    

Amusement park rides in downtown CB.

All day mini-golf near the CB boardwalk for $5.

A second mini-golf course minutes away for those seeking something more challenging.

Free surf lessons downtown on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3 pm.

Arts and Crafts, BocceBall, Volleyball Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-7 pm.

Battle of the bands on July 11, August 8 from 1-5pm

Fireworks every Thursday 9 pm (can view from the balcony 1 mile away)

Highly recommend Carolina Coastal Adventures for excursions involving surfing, fishing, kayaking, crabbing and more. Five minutes away in downtown CB.

North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is 10 minutes South.

Car Ferry to Southport also a short drive away at Fort Fisher.

Paddle boats at Carolina Beach Lake are three minutes away along with basketball and tennis courts nearby.

Downtown Carolina Beach has a quaint, small town feel with boardwalk, plenty of shops, Britt's famous homemade donuts, Franks Pizza by the slice, restaurants, nightly entertainment, something for everyone.  Don't forget Squiggly's famous ice cream creations! Long lines after 8 pm but it's worth the wait.   

Excellent restaurants in the area that range in price depending on what you are looking for.  All are very casual.  Recommendations available depending on what you are looking for.

We like to cook in our condo and grocery stores, pharmacies, video rentals are 7 minutes away just before the Pleasure Island bridge that crosses Snows Cut.  

Public golf courses 15 minutes away across the bridge.   

Downtown Wilmington is only 30 minutes away and has a great snake museum for those interested in seeing famous poisonous snakes from around the world.  Our kids loved it (10 and 13 at the time).  Battleship North Carolina is a great tour as well.  Jungle Rapids water park is also fun for fresh water excitement if you really need a break from the beach and pool.  We did this only once three years but enjoyed it.      

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday during peak months.  3 p.m. check in.  11 a.m. check out.
