Available in the unit  are two single portable fold out beds .  There is a full service kitchen with all large and small appliances . There is also a laundry room with full sz washer & dryer .

This community is gated . The garage is gated and there is elevator access inside the garage . There are carts to transport luggage and groceries, etc.  There is security on property .

The pools are heated , they have outside showers , restrooms with a shower , barbeque facilities , and a large covered patio area .
