The guest bedroom has a queen sz bed with a flat screen T.V. & DVD player. Theres also awalk in closet as well .
Available in the unit  are two single portable fold out beds .  There is a full service kitchen with all large and small appliances . There is also a laundry room with full sz washer & dryer .

This community is gated . The garage is gated and there is elevator access inside the garage . There are carts to transport luggage and groceries, etc.  There is security on property .

There are two club houses & two heated pools . They both have a fitness center , wi-fi access , Multi purpose rooms, with a full service kitchen , Large screen T.V. , tables and chairs & Couches .

The pools are heated , they have outside showers , restrooms with a shower , barbeque facilities , and a large covered patio area . 

On property : swimming , tennis , shuffle board, basketball ,putting green , ping pong , theatre room , & a nature walk ,kayaking , and bocci ball .

Off property : Directly across the street is the Beach/Ocean . Around the area you can do  , Fishing Charters , Diving/Snorkeling , Jet Sking , Boating , Bikes , Surf Boards , Bike rentals  etc...

There Is The Sea Shore Park Approx. 5 Miles South Of The Oceanwalk Complex. 

There is Shelling , Biking , Surfing , Fishing , Golf , etc.

example : 1 week - 1 month $400 . 2 months $800 , 3 months $1200 etc..... and again this is refundable .
