Charming 2nd floor apartment in detached house with terrific sunroom and deck. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the award winning beach with lifeguards. 1 1/2 blocks away at 109TH and 3RD Avenue are convenient retailers like- grocery store, bakery, restaurant and hoggie shop.

The bathroom has a bath tub with shower head.
The Kitchen has a newer gas stove and refrigerator.

The apartment has wood floors with area rugs.
4 ceiling fans and 3 window a/c units keep the apartment very comfortable.
