We have just completed (March 2009) furnishing and decorating this 1,865 square foot, three bedroom three bathroom condo, with the discerning renter in mind. You will find luxury features such as a leather sofa and recliner, upgraded tile flooring, flat panel TVs and attention to detail that you won't find in other vacation rental properties. 

In the LIVING ROOM, you will find a comfortable, quality leather sofa and two recliners where you can enjoy watching the big screen, flat panel TV or the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent DINING AREA features a beautiful dining table and bar seating for 4. in the KITCHEN, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy your favorite beverage. 

The Gulf-Front MASTER BEDROOM features a queen size bed outfitted with a quality, comfortable mattress and high thread-count sheets as well as a large, flat-panel TV and direct access to the balcony. The master bathroom is spacious and includes a large soaking tub and separate shower. 

You won't have to fight with your friends and family about who gets which bedroom because the SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS also feature a queen size bed with luxurious sheets and bedding, flat panel TV and a bathroom. 

Keeping up with you laundry is a breeze with the full size washer and dryer.

If you are not familiar with Tidewater Beach Resort, it has two outdoor 4,200 square foot swimming pools and adjoining hot tubs, 2 Tiki Bars - 2 Roman Spa pools as well as an additional heated indoor pool; a state of the art cardio-fitness facility with a health bar; steam room and sauna; a conference center (5,000 square feet); a large game room; an on-site movie/theater center; and an on-site restaurant.
