Abbey Springs Resort in Lake Geneva

This condo is located in a wooded area of the gated Abbey Springs Resort on Lake Geneva.  It has two levels with all glass exterior walls, 1st floor entertainment area with a sofa that opens into a queen bed.  The kitchen, dinng and living room with a fireplace,  master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds are on the second floor.  There is also a loft on a third level with twin beds that is accessed by ship ladder.  There is a wrap around deck with a new gas grill and seating for 6.

The living areas have all natural surfaces with wood oak floors partially covered with silk and wool oriental rugs.  Upper bath vanity  is marble with undermount sink.  The kitchen is fully equiped with new white cabinets and black galaxy granite counter top, stainless undermount sink, undercabinet lighting, Krups coffee maker, grinder, blender, toaster and kichenware for 10.  The table normally seats 6 but leafs can be added to seat up to 10.  The interior is brightly colored and augmented with lively paintings of lake and beach sceens.

4-1/2 star golf course, several indoor and outdoor restaurants (one right on the beach), indoor and outdoor pools, clay surfaced tennis courts, racquet ball courts, plenty of woods for hiking and a playground, picnic area and swimming beach on the Lake Geneva shore.

There is a $95 cleaning fee for stays four days or under

A $250 refundable security deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
