Abbey Springs Resort - (2 full baths and 3 bedroom condo) in Lake Geneva

This smoke free and State of Wisconsin and Village of Fontana certified condo is located in a wooded area of the gated Abbey Springs Resort on Lake Geneva.  It has two full baths, two living area levels with all glass exterior walls and a loft on the third level.  The 1st floor entertainment area has privacy curtains, a sofa that opens into a queen bed to allow for further sleeping seperation beyond the three bedrooms, if desired, a leather easy chair, desk, TV and full entertainment center.  Another full bath, kitchen, dining and living room with a fireplace, master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with twin beds are on the second floor.  The loft which is on a third level, has twin beds and is accessed by ships ladder.  There is a wrap around deck with gas grill and seating for up to 8.  There are TV sets in all three bedrooms and family room and free WIFI throughout the unit.  The unit receives annual inspections by state and local inspectors and is certified as fully code compliant for safety, sanitation and fire protection.

The living areas have all natural surfaces with wood red oak floors partially covered with oriental rugs.  Upper bath vanity is Carara Marble with undermount sink and has a tub with shower.  The 1st floor bath has a 6' walk in shower.  The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator and stove, new white cabinets with black galaxy granite counter top, stainless undermount sink, undercabinet lighting, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster and kichenware for 10.  The table normally seats 6 but leafs can be added to seat up to 10.  The interior is brightly colored and augmented with lively paintings and prints of lake and beach sceens.  The garage has room for storage of baggage, golf clubs, toys, etc..  There is a washer and dryer available for washing beach towels and personal laundry.  All rooms have central air-conditioning and heating.  There is free WIFI for the entire unit.

4-1/2 star golf course, several indoor and outdoor restaurants (one right on the beach), indoor and outdoor pools, clay surfaced tennis courts, racquet ball courts, plenty of woods for hiking, a playground, picnic area and a swimming beach on the Lake Geneva shore.

Rates for the summer season, May 1st to October 31, are $345/night and $1795/week.

Rates for the winter season are $245/night and $1495/week.

There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit.  This deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Abbey Springs charges $30.00/day for up to 6 activity passes for the use of their facilities and restaurants.  Over 7 days the rate drops to $25.00 per day for 6 passes.  Individual activity passes are $6.00/day/person.

Rental & Abbey Springs fees are subject to state and local taxes.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

For rentals less than 5 days there is a one time $125.00 (not taxable) cleaning fee.
