The price depends on the time period. May and the first two weeks of June are $4000 per week, the last 2 weeks of June are $6000 each, July $7000 and August $8000 per week. July 4th week is $8000 and Labor Day week $7000. Labor Day Weekend is $7000 for 4 nights. Sept is $6000 per week after Labor Day Week. Late Sept early Oct $4000/week. Email for rate quote.
