First Floor -  Master bedroom: King size Bed, TV and full bath, laundry room, huge walk-in closets, deck facing the canal, utility room and 2-car garage.

Third Floor - 3 Bedrooms- Master bedroom: Queen size bed & full bath, deck over-looking the canal, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV and a bedroom with Queen, TV and a hall bath.

A 5 minute walk to the Ocean beach (parking available and no beach tags required) and an easy stroll to many shops, restaurants and the Fenwick boardwalk (dunkin donuts, ice cream, minature golf, go-carts, Water slide).  Across the street from Happy Harry's Pharmacy, the famous Harpoon Hannas, Catch 54, and Philly's Finest cheese steaks restaurants.

Weekly rates (Saturday to Saturday) during months of:

                           January through April = $1000

                           May & June =                 $1400

                           July & August =              $2600

                           September & October = $1400

Check in 4:00pm and Check out 10:00am. (Flexible if no previous weekly rental)

Required In advance: signed Lease agreement with $250 security deposit.

Please note the maximum occupancy is 8 people as per HOA regulations.  Tenant will be asked to leave with all monies forfeited if maximum occupancy is violated.
