Weekly rates (Saturday to Saturday) during months of:

                           June 1 to June 14             $2,195

                           June 15 to June 29           $2,395

                           June 29 to August 31        $2,695

Check in 3:00pm and Check out 10:00am.

Required In advance: signed lease agreement, $250 security deposit and 50% rental deposit.

Please note the maximum occupancy is 8 people as per HOA regulations.  Tenant will be asked to leave with all monies forfeited if maximum occupancy is violated.
