• $250 a night Thursday through Saturday
• $1400 a week winter/spring- $1700 summer
• $4000 a month
• Holiday rates usually $300 a night but to be confirmed
• Olympic rates are to be negotiated
• Cleaning fee of $80 per visit
• Additional basement suite sleeps 5 and is available for an additional $100 per night
