Laguna Vista boasts an amazing gourmet kitchen, where family and friends are certain to gather and linger.  Anchored by a large granite-topped island with 5 barstools and room for dining, this kitchen appeals to chefs and casual cooks alike. The upscale space is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, recessed lighting, wine storage and ample marble counter tops.  Every tool necessary to cook up a wonderful feast is supplied in this gourmet’s dream kitchen. 
The open floorplan of Laguna Vista effortlessly blends the kitchen space into the adjacent living area, enhancing relaxation and social interaction.  A stunning hand-tiled fireplace is central to the living room and provides warmth no matter the season.  This stylish and refined living area features a large flat screen TV with DVD player, a cozy sofa and several chairs to accommodate the whole family or group.  Just off the living room is a large den/bedroom which affords some of the best ocean views around.  A Hemingway-style desk provides a comfortable area for using the provided personal computer and complimentary wireless internet access is also available. The den/bedroom features a queen-size Hancock and Moore leather sofa sleeper – a brand well known for its exceptional construction and exceedingly comfortable bed.   Sliding glass doors ensure privacy in the den, plus peace and quiet when bedtime arrives.
Laguna Vista’s spacious master bedroom is elegantly appointed and includes a luxurious queen size bed featuring a top of the line air-loom pillow top mattress which guarantees a plush and supremely comfortable night’s sleep.  The sound of crashing waves additionally contributes to a restful slumber. The en-suite master bathroom is equally lavish, featuring a full size tub/shower combo, marble counters and superb lighting.  The villa’s third bedroom is also a luxurious haven, filled with luxury linens, an air-loom pillow top mattress and plenty of storage space.  An additional bathroom and a powder room/half-bath are included, both featuring spa-like touches, imported tilework and modern fixtures.
Just outside Laguna Vista’s front door, guests will delight in the large and private courtyard.  This thoughtfully planned space features several firepits and a tiered conversation area to help make the most of evenings outdoors.  A gas barbecue is available for guest’s use as well as an outdoor hot and cold shower - which comes in handy after a long day on the beach.  Beach access is conveniently located right in front of the villa, via the public staircase leading down to Cress Beach.  Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are all included with the rental, as are the bed linens, kitchen and bath towels.  An HE washer & dryer can be found inside the home and for maximum convenience, guests are allowed to park 2 vehicles in the home’s secured driveway parking area.  In a prime Laguna Beach locale such as Cress Street, this is an invaluable asset.

For everyone who loves art, Festival of Arts is a can't-miss event. For over 70 years Laguna Beach has been graced with the presence of this celebratory event, now exhibiting the works of over 140 acclaimed local artists. Festival of Arts has grown from humble beginnings to become the world-famous attraction it is today.
•Each summer, Laguna Beach hosts the Pageant of the Masters, where paintings by artistic "masters" are brought to life by actors. Come check out the tableaux vivant.
•The Festival of the Arts displays artwork by the best local artists on the grounds in Laguna Canyon. The artwork is all for sale. (Summer & December)
•The Laguna Art Museum is a fun museum overlooking the ocean. The permanent exhibit features artwork by California artists.

Beach
