L aguna Vista is a classic cottage is a true beach retreat. This cottage is totally renovated and modernized with new furnishings, upscale gourmet kitchen with new kitchen cabinets, new wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms have all been remodeled and feature exquisite materials.  The cottage has 3 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom is a den with a Queen leather sleeper-sofa that sleeps 2.  It is located exactly 1 mile South of Main Beach, and is close to several restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries etc.,
G uests in our cottage can enjoy the Pageant of Masters, Summer Art Festivals, Laguna's Quaint Art shops and World Famous Galleries.

May 19-June 16, 2012: $500/night; Minimum of 3 nights; $3500/week

Summer: June 16-August 25, 2012: $5500/week; Sat. to Sat only

August 25 - September 8, 2012: $500/night; Minimum of 3 nights; $3500/week

$430/night for Open Days in Oct & Nov only!

(OR) 3 nights minimum; $450/night during off-season

Holidays: $500/night; min of 3 nights

I recently rented this house to celebrate my 30th Birthday with a few out of town friends. It was the best birthday I have ever had and I believe the house had a lot to do with it. It is in a perfect location. We were able to get to everything we needed within a short distance from the home. The beach is literally steps away. The fireplace was so calming. The kitchen size is perfect. Simi and her staff were very professional & helpful. I really enjoyed staying and was sad to leave. We will definitley be coming back.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Laguna Vista Rental: Great place, we were 4 adults and a baby, plenty of space for everybody. Nice accommodations, the place was very clean and the view is breath taking. It was everything we expected. Thank you

We had a fantastic time on our vacation in Laguna Beach. The house was perfect for our family. We would definitely consider staying again if we made another trip out!
