Deposits

A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.  The remaining 50% (including security deposit) is due before or at arrival.  Any additional security deposit (depending on the number of guests and length of stay) is required at checkin, and is refundable within days of departure.

General Policies

There is no life guard.  Swimming is at your own risk.  For everybody's health, there is no smoking in the condo.  We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay.  Arrival/Check-in is @2pm.  Times may be adjusted according to your arrival dates.  Please send request ASAP.  Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be deducted from security deposit.
