oceanfront condominium, located in the resort community of Playacar 
is just 40 feet from the Caribbean Ocean. 

Whatever your interests this condo offers everything to ensure that 
your vacation will be first class. Activities include:

The ferry, also within walking distance, provides hourly excursions 
to the island of Cozumel. 

Centrally located on the Tulum coast, Playacar is also a short 
distance to many Mayan ruins such as the ancient cities of Tulum, 
Chichen Itza and Coba. Other sightseeing adventures include the 
underwater parks Xcaret and Xel-Ha.

Activities and Attractions

Here's a week's worth of fun activities:
Day 1)Visit Tulum in the morning and spend the afternoon at the Xel-
ha water park. 
Day 2)Visit Cozumel for scuba diving, snorkeling, or a scenic trip 
of the island from a catamaran. 
Day 3)Spend the day and night at theme park Xcaret (less than 5 
miles away) for a trip down the underground river or in the zoo and 
butterfly sanctuary. 
Day 4)Enjoy 18 holes of golf at the Playacar Golf Club. 
Day 5)Dine at one of the many great restaurants in Playa Del Carmen. 
Dance and party at one of the night clubs, or shop at the many small 
boutiques all just a short four minute walk from the condo. 
Day 6)Relax in the complex's private pool or on the beach right in 
front of the condo.  Be sure to visit the on-site spa for a massage or facial.  Many other services offerred too. 
Day 7) Enjoy a day of deep sea fishing at nearby Puerto Aventuras
