This 12 acre ocean front private estate is home to a luxurious Villa and Guest Cottage, it is undoubtedly the most breathtakingly romantic place you will ever visit.  The grand palm lined drive glides you past the Guest Cottage to the Main House, a unique Guatemalan style Villa that has touches of castle in it's design.  You enter through hand carved great wooden doors into a tropical courtyard where you will wander through to the main door to where the magic begins.  Enter the Great Room, majestic indoor / outdoor open plan living with 25 foot ceilings.  Proceed through the living areas to the decks where the dazzeling 180 degree vistas of endless ocean will let you know that you are now standing at "The Edge" of the earth, 150 feet above the Pacific Ocean.

$1,600 per week or $250 per night, Main Villa, 2 King Suites, sleeps 4-5.  ADD third Queen Suite in Guest Cottage with oceanview, and private deck and full tiled bath $50 p/n.

SWING SEASON  Nov 1 - Dec. 19th, 2011

$1850 per week or $275 per night, Main Villa, 2 King Suites, sleeps 4-5.  ADD third Queen Suite in Guest Cottage with oceanview, and private deck and full tiled bath, mini-fridge and coffee maker for $50 p/n

CHRISTMAS - Dec 24 thru Dec 31 (depart 31st, 2011)

$3,500 per week, Main Villa, 2 King suites, sleeps 4-5.

Green Season - Sept 1, 2012 to Oct 31, 2012

A $300 Fully Refundable Security Deposit will be charged.

 $50 cleaning fee at departure will be added. 

Rates do not include 13% Costa Rican tax .

Minimum rental period is 3 nights, excluding Christmas and New Years weeks.

A one time set-up is provided for sheets linens and towels.  Additional Maid service is available at $50 per clean, including all rooms, sheets and towels changed.  Highly advised in the jungle!  Our cleaning crew comes betweem 10 am and 2pm or at the time of your request.
