These (Open 2009) 9 luxurious vacation rentals are ideally located at 371 Pismo Ave(at the corner of Price St. and Pismo Ave), less 1.5 blocks from the world-renowned Pismo Pier.
A dozen award-winning restaurants and thousands of local attractions surround this venue. Only a short drive to over a hundred world-class wineries in three different regions. The possibilities are endless!
SUITES 202, 203, and 402 are 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1600 sq ft suites. Includes a deck with a panoramic ocean view, outdoor sound system, and patio furniture. The master bedrooms have a Cal King and a walk-in closet. The two(2) secondary bedrooms have Queens, and convertible sofa sleepers in the living rooms function as Queen beds. Accommodate 8 comfortably.
Suites 201 & 501 are lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites. Suite 201 have a fabulous ocean view and both are 1,500 sf. These sleep 6 people.
Suites 301 & 302 are both 600sf, 1 bedroom/1bathroom suites and accommodate 4. They are wonderful luxury units for a romantic getaway.
The fabulous town house (Suite 204), is a large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite with an exceptional ocean view and is very luxurious. This 2100sf suite will easily accommodate 8.
The stunning 2200 sf penthouse (Suite 401), is truly exceptional! This unit is 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and conveniences. You will truly have an incredible experience here. This will easily accommodate 8.
