  The townhouse is located in Lincoln across the river from the Loon Mountain Recreation area.  This spaceous 1800 square foot split-level condominium with its southerly exposure offers mountain views of the ski area from the living room, dining room, deck, and master bedroom.  This vacation townhouse is fully furnished and applianced, pleasantly decorated, and extremely comfortable.  During the skiing season, there is a weekend and holiday ski shuttle for your convenience. 

 The unit combines private areas with a large common area.

 Its lower level contains two bedrooms (one furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and the other with two twin beds), a full bath and laundry room (with a full size washer and dryer).  There is a small cable TV in one bedroom.

 The main level consists of an entryway, large open living area including a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and ski lockers.  For your entertainment and home-like relaxation, this room has a digital cable television with a DVD/VCR player.

 A den is located on the third level.  Its furnishings include cable television and high-speed internet access with wireless, Ethernet and USB connections, just waiting for your computer.

 The large master bedroom with its king size bed and a private bath is located on the upper level.

For additional comfort, no smoking or pets are allowed.

  Rental includes use of the Village Swim Tennis and Fitness Club with its two indoor and two outdoor pools, one outdoor and two indoor hot tubs, sauna, free-weight and machine-weight rooms, game room, and 12 outdoor tennis courts.  This great club is open year round for your enjoyment.

The Free night is in a king  size club room with a double bed.  Please call me for available dates at the Mountain Club to take advantage of this offer.  The rooms at the Mountain Club are rented by management only.  So I will need to check for availability and I must coordinate your stay. The free night stay is a private offer by me and Melissa and Mountain Club has nothing to do with this offer.

If you want to stay additional nights I can help you coordinate that through the management.  Also there is an adjoining suite with an efficiency kitchen that can be rented. 

The use of the free night must be used within one year of your stay at Clearbrook, and if you want to give it as a gift to someone I will coordinate that with you.

  The Lincoln/North Woodstock area provides numerous activities and attractions.  There is hiking in nearby in the White Mountain National Forest with its spectacular mountain views.  Hunting and fishing are permitted in the forest under New Hampshire regulations.   

  The Lost River Reservation offers natural bolder caves, many scenic areas including Paradise Falls and the Lost River Gorge, plus gardens and museums.    

 Franconia Notch State Park containing the Flume, a natural gorge and waterfall, is close.  This park is a top tourist attraction.

 Winter sports include alpine and cross-country skiing, show shoeing, and snowmobiling.  Nearby ski areas (Loon Mountain Recreation Area and Cannon Mountain) offer all the amenities.

 In addition, there is bicycling, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, picnicking, shopping in North Conway, and much, much more.  The area has many restaurants from pizza to fine dining.  With so much available in the Lincoln/North Woodstock area and nearby, there are many items of interest and enjoyment for everyone.

  The Lincoln/Woodstock community has all the amenities.  A full service grocery store, food markets, state liquor store, micro brewery, sports stores to purchase the gear you forgot or to rent equipment for your outdoor activities.  This is truly a great location in a beautiful setting.
