Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath cottage in the heart of the Laurel Highlands!  This spacious cottage is great for a family getaway. 

The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed.  There is also a futon couch that will sleep 2 in the upstairs and one that sleeps 2 downstairs in the game room. Finally a single pullout couch is available upstairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.  The downstairs features a bar-entertainment area and a fooseball table.  There are 2 huge decks.  One is off the downstairs bar area and the other is upstairs off of the living room. 

Seven Springs Mountain Resort is only minutes away!  There are many other attractions in the area including: Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Waters, Ohiopyle State Park, Laurel Hill State Park and Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort.

Summer Rates are as follows: $700.00 for the first 2 nights, $50.00 for each additional night.  Minumum of a 2 night stay.  Winter rates $600.00 per night for the first 2 nights $100.00 for each additional night.
