My Maravilla Condo is located at 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive in beautiful
Miramar Beach, East Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 half bathroom condo
can accomodate six (no more than 4 adults)with King-size bed in
Master, Hall Bunks (perfect for the kids) and Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. This ground floor unit has beautiful palm trees right outside the patio and is a
short stroll to the private gated beach access with 550 ft of the
most beautiful Florida beach. Your beach chairs and umbrella will be
waiting for you, set up by the beach attendant. This cozy, casual and
comfortable condo is great for couples or families. It is decorated
in a Floridian beach theme and completely tiled.  Unwind and relax in this family oriented, private resort with everything you need for your Florida vacation!

Maravilla is a private gated resort with private beach access across the beach road, beach front swimming pool and hot tub/second pool (heated seasonally),  tennnis courts, shuffleboard court, Basketball area, BBQ grills and clubhouse across from front door. The clubhouse features a big screen TV, Wireless
access, fitness/exercise room, community room.
This Maravilla condo is fully furnished and includes two TV's, cable
with HBO, VCR, DVD,Home Theater Stereo System,Hi Speed Internet
(cable), Linens & Towels,Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped Kitchen,
Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, and ample
parking directly in front of the condo.
Two Beach chairs and Umbrella set up (A $142 value is included from
Mid March - October) No need to haul them up to the beach.

Private Beach Access with the following activities either on site or
nearby: Swimming,Snorkeling,Diving,Waterskiing,Boating,Jet Skiing,
Kayaking and Boogie board rentals available from beach service,
