reunion holiday or ski vacation haven.  It is located on a 1/2 acre  
lot with conifers, aspens, sun, and privacy, a few blocks from the  
lake and Sunnyside Resort.  It is close to trails, Paige Meadows, and  
ski resorts including Homewood, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and  
Tahoe City Nordic.  The gently sloping driveway provides safe and  
easy winter access.  Completed in 2000, everything is still fresh and  
beautiful.  With knotty pine/lodgepole decor, bay windows and vaulted  
ceiling with large skylight, the great room also has beaufiful wood  
French doors leading to a huge, sunny, cedar deck which provides  
barbeque space during warm weather and snow-play space steps from the  
house in winter.  There is also a fully stocked, well equipped  
kitchen with Corian counters, a spacious dining area with a pine/tile  
buffet, a tiled entry hall, a Mexican-tiled half bath, and laundry  
room downstairs.  Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, two with  
queen beds and one with 2 twins.  There are two full baths and a game  
room with soccer table, sofa sleeper, TV and VCR.  Rooms are  
separated by a long hall with a skylight.  The house has lots of  
light, birds, squirrels, and cabin ambiance with modern conveniences.
