retreat.

The scenic journey drive will lead to adventure. Our cabin is nestled
within the Sit Greaves National Forest with direct access to acres to
explore by foot, horseback or ATV's.

The cabin is located in Show Low Arizona, the commercial and tourism
hub of the White Mountains. The city is located in Navajo County at an
elevation of 6350 feet and 175 miles from Phoenix. Apache, Navajo,
Hopi and Zuni Indian Reservations are nearby.

Enjoy golf, lakes, great dining, antique shops, cinemas, scenic
trails, museums, festival and art fairs, rodeos, fun park, aquatic
center, bowling center and casino. A town with lots of character and
history.

Bison Golf and Country Club within 2 miles.

Show Low City Park with walking trails, fitness stations, tennis,
basketball, volleyball sand courts, and picnic areas less than 10
minutes away.

Safeway grocery shopping for your barbecue and gourmet dining needs
less than 10 minutes away.

Live Evening Entertainment at the Hon Dah Casino 11 miles away.

Fools Hollow Lake is less than 10 minutes away with camping sites:
hookups or tents, boat ramps, picnic tables, picnic ramadas, and
grills, private showers and restrooms, and playgrounds. Imagine
camping among 100-foot pine trees beside a quiet lake watching
majestic great blue herons at a cool 6,300 feet in elevation.
Year-round camping, fishing, picnicking, boating and wildlife viewing
opportunities make Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area a very popular
place. It is an 800-acre, cool, country recreation area with a
150-acre lake.

The Sunrise Ski Resort is a pleasant 45 minute drive away, offering
downhill skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. In the
summer it is also open and you can then enjoy horseback riding, a
summer scenic lift ride, mountain biking, fly-fishing school, archery
shoot and 4th of July fireworks. The General Store and Sunrise Boat
Dock are open daily with fishing, camping and picnic supplies as well
as fuel and permits for the White Mountain Apache Reservation. The
Marina has boat rentals available and is located on Sunrise Lake.

You will find a clean and inviting, fully furnished and well-equipped
cabin decorated in a classic western/rustic decor. Master bedroom with
Queen Aspen log bed, TV and a full bathroom. Two bunk beds and Tv in
second room for comfortable sleeping of 4 additional guests. Extra
mattress under bunk bed to throw in the living room for additional
guest. Second full bathroom.

The living room has a 48" LCD TV and DVD player. Comfortable reclining
sofa and love seat. Chest containing table games. Books, videos and
magazines for your entertainment. River rock fireplace. 

Fully upgraded kitchen with granite counter, double door refrigerator
with ice maker. Glass top electric range. Cuisinart small appliances.
Plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, cookware and bake ware. Convenient
dining space and breakfast bar. 

Washer/dryer, laundry detergents, ironing board and iron, picnic
basket and blanket, flashlights, lanterns, battery TV/radio within the
laundry room.

Large covered deck/porch with outdoor dining space and 4 Adirondack
rocking chairs. Wonderful view of National Forest and of neighborhood
park. Park has play equipment, picnic area, bathrooms, and a fire pit.

Our cabin is non-smoking and no pets are allowed to keep the cabin
family-friendly and allergies-free. Strict adherence to this policy
must be observed to safeguard your security deposit. The cabin is kid
friendly. Children and singles under age 25 must be accompanied by a
parent or guardian at all times.

You will find Fools Hollow Lake 5 minutes away. A short ten minute
drive into Show Low's main street "Deuce of Clubs" where you will find
a Safeway Grocery Store, shopping and dining venues. You are 5 minutes
away from a golf course and 20 minutes from Hon-Dah Casino. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Special Summer 2008: Through August 31st (except holidays) $250/2night
stay or $550/wk. 
8.05% Tax, $75.00 cleaning fee, and $250 security deposit also apply.
PayPal used for billing and refunding. Holidays $150/night, 2 night
minimum or $700/Holiday week. 

Regular Rates: May 01-Aug 31....$150/night....$850/week.... $2500/month.
Sept 01-Apr 30...$125/night....$750/week.... $2000/month.
Weekends/2 night minimum  Holidays*/$185/night (3 night minimum stay).
* Nov 21-25/2007, Dec 21/2007-Jan 01/2008, May 23-26/2008, 
Jul 04-06/2008; Aug 30-Sept 1/2008.
$250 refundable damage/reservation security deposit required.
Other fees: Tax and $75 cleaning fee paid in advance. No daily maid
service.
