Springfield Point South in Emerald Isle

Located at the Point, at the very western end of the island. a very beautiful and quiet area of Emerald Isle. You are renting the southern or left hand side of the duplex. The other side does not rent and is only used by the owners.

 Beautiful views of the ocean and the inlet with amazing sunsets. The house is only 5 years old and is one of the lightest and open feeling houses you will find. Spaciously and beautifully appointed.

Our house rents Sunday to Sunday.Can be rented by the night when possible.

Central air, washer, dryer, 5 tv's, vcr's and dvd's, radio. park grill, picnic table, 4 balconies with patio furniture for lounging and dining, whirlpool tub in master suite. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. No housephone. Includes cleaning. Linens available through EmeraldIsleBeachGear.and can be found on the web.  High-speed internet in house. Elevator unavailable. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and bikes.

A couple of minutes to the beach at the ocean or inlet. Great area for small children because we are on a cul de sac. Great for walks, bike riding or running. Nearby restaurants, golf, movies and amusements. Bring your kayacks and canoes and surfboards.  Let the fun begin!

$250 night when available plus $ 85 cleaning fee. 2 night minimum
