New New Beautiful Charming Home - Walk to Plaza in Santa Fe

We call this house ARTIST RETREAT.

It is just blocks for the Plaza, yet removed from the chaos, this work of art is made for luxurious living and entertaining. The centerpiece is a jewel like great room that is surrounded by the gourmet kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a large flagstone patio. The patio has views of the Sangres, mature Aspen trees and an incredible double sided fireplace that connects through to the great room.

This two-bedroom home (sleeps 4-5) has a grand master suite with attached roof deck offering panoramic views of the Sangres and Jemez mountain ranges - delightful. The suite also has a spa-like bathroom with large steam shower, an oversized jetted tub and a fabulous travertine vanity for two. The guest bedroom suite has great morning light, a terrace with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a large en-suite bathroom.

This large home is a great solution for your Santa Fe vacation. It is perfect for 2 couples or a large family. The location cannot be beat and the space oozes class and luxurious living. A small study has a fold-out bed that offers an additional sleeping space.

Also available with this home is an attached studio/guest house that has double height ceilings, full bath and its own separate entrance, but it has an interior connection that is locable as well (sleeps 2-4). The studio is just rented with the main house.

You can rent the main house only or with the studio combined. In this case, Artist Retreat accommodates (6 to 9 people).

You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 4-5 blocks and Canyon Road is 6 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The "waves" is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments. Other convenient amenities are the neighborhood tennis courts (4-5 blocks) and a great sunset viewing park (3 blocks).

We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

For Large Parties:

If you are going to have a big party (wedding, family or friends reunion etc), we also have houses #40207 (3 master bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 6), #39635 (3 bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 7), #42541 (2 large master suites: sleeps 2 to 4). In total you can have 11 bedrooms (sleep up to 26 comfortably).

All four houses are located on the same block.
