Weekly rates are based on additional weeks over a 30 day rental period, seasonally adjusted on summer and holiday periods on a pro rata monthly basis. $1,250 refundable security deposit.
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Deducted from tenents security deposit for each house key, pool key & gate opener $100 for each item not returned.
