Clean, cozy home located on a corner lot in a quite neighborhood. New spacious deck with patio furniture and gas grill. The ocean is only 3/10ths of a mile away. You can use Sea Street beach or any of the numerous beaches nearby. You can walk to many restaurants and stores nearby.

Our home sleeps 6 with it's two bedrooms and queen size pullout sofa located in the den. The first bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a tv with cable and vcr/dvd player. There is a full bath with a tub/shower inside and a new large enclosed outdoor shower as well. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave. Our home also has a large living room with a bose stereo and a fireplace. There are air conditioners in bedrooms and den. No smoking or pets please. House keeper in between rentals.
