This beautiful 14th floor ocean front condo in Sea River Tower is located in the heart of hotel zone, with arguably some of the finest white sand beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Guests have full access to all amenities in the Holiday Inn resort, including onsite restaurants and bars (15% discount for condo guests), onsite shops, spa, agencies and concierge, optional all-inclusive plan, room service, 3 pools, 4 jacuzzis, a separate Kids' Club with kids' pool, game room, suprvised activities and babysitting services (for a fee). The beautiful Adults-only Oasis Club offers a sunny deck for lounging, a dipping pool, excercise room with Universal Gym, treadmill, sauna and four jacuzzis. The huge pool, surrouned by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, has a swim-up bar, water volleyball, planned activities such as water aerobics, and both shallow and deep areas for a variety of guests.

Inside your condo, relax in one of two queen beds, or provide additional sleeping space for the kids on the sofa sleeper in the living room. A huge bath, with private vanity area separated from the main bathroom area, offers an oversized marble shower. A closet with ample room for all your clothes and suitcases makes your living area more comfortable. The fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for dinning in or keeping snacks and drinks on hand .... full size refridgerator (free ice just down the hall) 2 burner stove, microwave, sink (dish soap, etc provided), coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric b-b-q and dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, and a convection oven. A grocery store is a short walk away and proveds everything you need, from morning voffee to snacks to margarita ingredients! The private view balcony is perfect for morning coffee (watch the dolphins swim by, and enjoy the city skyline across the bay) or a relaxing evening cocktail before a nite out on the town. Or just kick back and watch TV or movies in your condo!
