Isla Del Sol Island Condo! Jan 2012 Still Open in Isla del Sol

The grounds of Isla are just beautiful and will remind you of the
care and landscaping of a Disney property. One of the features of
our condo is a nice sized deck that is right off the living room and
master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathe during the day
and then gaze at the stars each evening. Cross the bridge to St.
Pete Beach and visit the historic Don Cesar Hotel then head down to
peaceful Pass-A-Grille for a day at the beach or visit the many
restaurants and art galleries. Cross the bridge to Terra Verde and
visit Fort Desoto Park home of one us USA�s top 10 beaches. Isla
Del Sol is a wonderful get-a-way and a dream come true!

The condo is a nice ground floor unit with very close parking.
There
are no stairs. The condo is 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Our unit is
fully equipped with all appliances including a washer and dryer.
The
kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, plates, coffee maker,
blender toaster etc� The unit has 2 TV's, a CD stereo system, VCR
and
DVD player. The sliding glass doors in the living room and
master bedroom lead out onto our nice wooden deck that is furnished
with patio furniture for your enjoyment.

The complex offers a beautiful pool, hot tub, lake, beaches, fishing
docks and walking paths. Availible for a fee are tennis and golf
(depending on time of the year). Jet ski rental, sail board rental
and boat rental are all availible within just a few minutes in Terra
Verde.

Rates are based on season. Winter rates $2000-3000 a month +

The unit is Lakeside villas #102 and has a large deck overlooking
the lake. Out of the approximately 2000 isla condos less than 50
have these 350 sq ft decks!
