Stay together and forget about booking expensive, impersonal hotel rooms with no kitchen, washer/dryer, or fireplace!  This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom, two bathroom townhome includes a fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during winter.)  Each bedroom has its own color scheme and unique personality.  Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two brand-new twin beds, which can be easily combined to make a king-size bed! There is also a comfortable queen-size air mattress available that can be used in the office to make a FOURTH bedroom. All rooms have a door lock for complete privacy.  Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed upstairs ceiling, a romantic fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fantastic view from the large, elevated, redwood deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty of room for kids to play outdoors in the summer and build snowmen in the winter. Every window at the property has a mountain view! Abundant towels and linens are provided in addition to many extras (children/adult/cook books, indoor/outdoor toys/games, cowboy hats, etc.)

A vehicle is definitely not necessary at this property.  It is an easy stroll to numerous shops, restaurants, and picnic areas. Threre is also FREE daily shuttle service available continuously throughout the Town of Jackson with shuttle stops about a block away.  You do not have to stay way out-of-town at remote Teton Village (practically a "ghost town" in summer) or several miles out of town at The Aspens, The Racquet Club, Teton Pines, Teton Shadows, Wilson, Snake River Junction, or over the dangerous pass in Idaho.  (Always ask where the property is SPECIFICALLY located so you don't end up in one of these places!)  You can have this outstanding in-town location between the ballpark/playground and the charming, creekside jogging path/nature trail, while being only a few blocks away from the famed Town Square and Snow King Ski Resort:

Grand Teton Park begins about five miles north of Jackson on Highway 89. The entrance gates are at Moose Junction {12 miles north} and Moran Junction {30 miles north} of Jackson.

HOW FAR IS YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK FROM JACKSON? HOW FAR IS OLD FAITHFUL?
The south entrance of YNP is about 60 miles north on Highway 89. Old Faithful is approximately 40 miles farther, about 100 miles from Jackson.

*Weekly rates are based on 7 days/6 nights.  Simply prorate fewer or additional nights.  Please note that there is a 4 Night Minimum or a 25% surcharge shall apply.  Our Big Sky, Montana property, at the North end of Yellowstone, has only a 2 night minimum.  Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends.  Check-in is 4:00 P.M. and check-out is 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time.  Deduct 50% for reservations of 30 nights or more any time except for "Summer".

Holiday Premiums:  Please add $25 to EACH night if your reservation includes a national holiday or any part of a holiday weekend. Please add $35 to EACH night if your reservation includes MLK Day, President's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or any part of a holiday weekend. Please add $50 to EACH night if your reservation includes July 4, Christmas, New Year's {$75 if both Christmas and New Year's} or any part of a holiday weekend.

Please Note: Our "best" rates are those posted and are Firm. However, a 10% Discount is offered for "last-minute" reservations made within 7 days of the arrival date for parties of 4 persons or less.  {Discount not available during "Summer" or in conjunction with any other offer, and guest must pay with Intuit.}

Please add $150 for our standard departure cleaning charge.

50% deposit due to confirm reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date {60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations.}  Refundable damage deposit {25% of base rental amount} due with balance.  This is standard policy of all PayPal merchants since we do not have our guests' credit card information for collateral, as stated below.

We accept Intuit {only payment option in "Summer" or if a holiday is included}, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and debit cards through PayPal ~ the SAFEST, EASIEST way to charge your trip and NO PayPal account is needed.  We never see your credit card information AND we pays all fees!!

Cancellation Policy:  If reservation is canceled 30 days {60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} or more prior to arrival date, deposit will be immediately refunded in full. If reservation is canceled 15-30 days {30-60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} prior to arrival date, deposit subject to forfeit. If reservation is canceled less than 15 days {30 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} of arrival date, full reservation amount {excluding cleaning fee and damage deposit} subject to forfeit.  We found it necessary to implement this cancellation policy due to the fact that most people plan their Yellowstone and ski vacations months in advance. Therefore, when a guest cancels close to their arrival date, it leaves us in a very challenging position to secure a "last minute" replacement guest. We encourage all of our guests to simply purchase trip insurance from a separate entity {i.e., CSA ~ #1 rated by Consumer Reports} if there is a chance they may need to cancel outside the stated time frames.
