Our comfortable 5 year old, 3 bedroom condo is located 4 blocks from the beach. We are in walking distance of Morey's Pier and the newly renovated Wild Water Park. No need to remove the car from the two car garage, you can walk. Wawa is located a few blocks away, you can smell the coffee. We are also only a few blocks away from a Shopping Center which has a Super Super fresh and Family Dollar, CVS and a Coffee Shop and Nail Salon. We also offer the perfect bedroom for the late sleeper or afternoon napper.This is a smoke-free and pet-free condo. Sorry, renters must be 25 and older. Accomadations for up to 8 guests. No Smoking in the Unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric-glass top kitchen w/stove, microwave. garage disposal refrig/freezer dishes, pots, utensils, beverage glasses and mugs,toaster and an electric George Foreman Grill(indoor use). A/C, heat and a cozy fireplace, great for a winter weekend getaway.
2 car or SUV parking garage has plenty of space for storage. 3TVS,VCR, DVD. Comcast Cable and hook ups for Video games. Laundry room w/washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fan, Glass sliding doors with balcony. Linens, sheets and pillows, comforters and blankets. Hair dryer and bath towels. We also offer a highchair/booster seat for the little ones. We pretty much have you covered, just pack your clothes.
