Stunning newer home in the heart of La Jolla Village with 4 full bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in 2350 s'f'.
Enjoy entertaining your guests in the large private patio or ocean view deck. Stroll to beaches, Farmer's Market, 50 meter heated swimming pool (Coggan Aquatic Center), public tennis courts, bike trail, restaurants, shopping and more.
The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances, a separate patio and breakfast area. The living room and MBR have fireplaces and there is a formal dining room that seats six plus.
The downstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom, perfect for Grandparents or couples traveling with other family members. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in each of two guest bedrooms and a double bed in the 4th Guest bedroom. The Master suite features a sumptuous jacuzzi tub and oversized shower.
WIFI and TVs with premium cable are provided as well as linens, towels, beach towels and accessories. WindanSea Beach is 3 blocks away!
