Tropical Shores Villas I & II - Heated Pool, Dock & More in Fort Myers Beach

Tropical Shores is a newly renovated canal front home with heated pool consisting of 2 spacious side by side villas perfect for extended families and reunions. Everything you need for a family vacation is here in your home away from home – boat dock, pool, bikes, kayaks, water and miles of sand! Come create lasting memories in our tropical retreat located in a quiet mid island neighborhood.

Villa I is decorated in a nautical theme and Villa II is decorated in a bright, tropical theme. The first floor of each villa provides a large living room with a 37" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player as well as a pull out sleeper sofa. Each dining room has seating for 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. Both new kitchens with granite countertops are equipped for all your cooking needs. Also on the first floors are large bedrooms with a queen bed, seating area and views of the pool and canal.

The upstairs of each villa consists of 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full), TV with play station and private bath – perfect for kids! We also have a portable pack ‘n play and a booster seat for our youngest visitors.

The Master bedrooms come with pillow top king beds, large closets, flat screen TV’s and private en suite bathrooms. Also attached are private balconies overlooking the pool, canal and bay and screend lania – perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail!

The fenced in pool (pool toys included) is a great place to cool off or relax. Private boat docks can accommodate boats up to 24 ft. Enjoy nature at its finest while fishing from our dock. Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, toys and beach caddy are all provided to make your stay complete.

Tropical Shores is conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful sands of the gulf and trolley stops for easy access to Times Square, shopping, restaurants and Lover’s Key.

Tropical Shores is professionally managed by Coldwell Banker with an office on Fort Myers Beach.

Fort Myers Beach is located immediately between two of the top ten
Florida beaches; Sanibel for shelling and Lover's Key for eco-tours.
However, the soft white sugary sands of For Myers Beach may keep you
local. Fishing, sailing, windsurfing, para-sailing, kayaking,
dolphin, bird, manatee watching are only a few local activities. Walk
to the community pool/mini-water park, library with a beautiful shell
collection, grocery store and several restaurants. Bike or trolley
ride to Time Square for shopping and many more restaurants.

Peak: Mar 3, 2012 - Apr 13, 2012 .. $3,800/week Sat to Sat only.

Spring: Apr 14, 2012 - Jun 15, 2012 .. $1,750/week.

Summer: Jun 16, 2012 - Aug 3, 2012 .. $2,000/week Sat. to Sat. only

Fall: Aug 4, 2012 - Dec 22, 2012 .. $1,750/week - Mid week OK. Thanksgiving $2,000.

Multi-week discount: 10% for 2nd week, 25% for 3rd week & 50% for 4th
week, excluding Peak, April, Holiday & New Year.

Minimum 7 night stay.  Must be over 25 years old.  $340 for cleaning, $35 processing fee, 11% Florida sales tax
