Within walking distance of the quaint village of St. Simons Island, this comfortable and affordable condo will make your beach vacation memorable.

Located within in a small complex under the oak canopy, this condo has two balconies looking out on the trees.  Fully exquipped for entertaining and decorated in retro beach style, you will truly feel like you are on vacation. 

Beach chairs and towels are provided for your short (1/2 mile) bike to the beach.  Or you can just relax by the pool.

Sorry, no pets allowed by condo association.

Please note that all rentals are a One Month Minimum.

Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker & blender. All linens furnished. Washer/dryer.  Central heat and air conditioning
Games, books and videos available to enjoy. No smoking policy
strictly enforced. Pool.  Public tennis courts next door, beautiful live oak park and community ball field all a half a block away.

Biking (paved bike trails all over the island), fishing, antiquing, great restaurants, white sand beaches, 234 holes of golf and one hour from Jacksonville or Savannah.

Condo association prohibits less that one month rental.  No nightly or weekly rates.

Jan-April - $1200.

May-August - $1300.

Sept-Dec. - $1100.
