There is a dining table that comfortably seats six and additional space for 2 at the breakfast bar. The family room offers a beautiful view over the pool area and nature preserve and also features a 47 inch flat screen TV. The bed layouts are one King bed, one Queen bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and there is also a play station 2. The pool area is private with no rear view neighbors and there is also no home on the right side for extra privacy. This villa also features a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball game for everyone to enjoy.
