Our comfortably equipped and family-friendly 4-star apartments are
between 400 - 750 square feet (40-70sqm) offerd as studio apartments
or as 1-bedroom apartment with one living and one bedroom; They are
located in prime city location in the centre of Vienna, very close
(300 meters) to "Karlsplatz" at the central subway station and
within the "Artist Quarters"

As 4-star apartments CAV offer also stereo HiFi, phone/fax and
answering-system, high speed internet conection (XDLS) free of
charge, color cable TV, DVD-player, washer and drier etc.

Enjoy the great and peaceful location of the apartments and get a

From the central location of our apartments you can reach the most
important sights, cultural centres, as well as business,
shopping and entertainment centers by walking. The famous "Viennese
scene" is either within 3-10 minutes walking distance or 5-15 travel
by the subway from central subway-station "Karlsplatz". A supermarket
is located inside the house block.

Shopping possibilities for all kinds of goods for daily need as well
banks, postoffice, pharmacy, tobacconists, underground car parks,
etc. are within 1-3 minutes walking. Moreover the famous multi-
cultural Viennese "Naschmarkt" (the largest open fruit and vegetable
market of Europe)is just around the corner. At one end of
the "Naschmarkt" there is the "flea market" (open only Saturdays).

The "Kaerntnerstrasse" and "Graben"(both pedestrian precincts) as
well as the "Mariahilfersrasse" - the most famous Viennese shopping
streets - are located close to the apartments (5-10 minutes walking

Objects of interest and sites of cultural interest:

The most famous objects of interest of the city like the Imperial
Palace (Hofburg), Spanish Riding School, St. Stephans Cathedral, the
building and cultural monuments like the "State Opera House", the
"National Theatre", "Theatre at Vienna" as well as " the Concert
Hall", "Musikverein" and Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Natural
History, Leopold Museums are located within a few minutes walk from
the apartment location.

Many further landmarks of the city like Danube Islands, Prater,
The Palace of Schoenbrunn, Belvedere Palace and also the UN-Town
with Austria Convention Center, are directly attainable only in few
mintes (10-15) ride by subway (underground).

Our rates includes taxes and service charges.

• Rates are based on single and double occupancy.

Please note that the minimum stay is 3 nights! Daily rates decreases
with duration of stay. The longer your stay over 14 nights, the
cheaper will be the rates per night

Studio apartment: Single/double occupancy:

66 - 110 EUR per night depending on duration of stay, for 1 month 1890 - 1980 EUR (studio apartmnt)

1-bedroom apartment: Single/double occupancy:

75 - 130 EUR per night,
depending on duration of stay, for 1 month 2250 - 2770 EUR (1-bedroom
apartment)

Additional person are charged between 15 - 25 EUR per night, depending on duration of stay

Children under 4 years stay for free. 30% reduction is granteed for
children between 4 - 12 years (passport date of birth). Further rates
will be provided on request.

Further discounts might be provided for stays longer than 3 month on
request!

Final statements reservations can be guaranteed most easily with
credit cards. We prefere VISA and MASTERCARD.

If you do not have an internationally valid credit card or you do not
wish to use your card, reservations can only be hold through
pre-payment: Wire transfer, cheques or postal transfer. The entire
booking amount is due upon arrival.

Cancellation regulation:
Reservations can be cancelled until one month prior arrival free of
charge. Afterwards the following rules apply:
Less than 30 nights befor arrival a cancellation fee of 250 Euro will
be charged. Cancellations less than 15 nights prior arrival 100% of
the booking amount are due.

Special rates & cancellation conditions:

These apply to special holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter,
Whitsuntide and to special occasion e.g. Conventions etc.

This conditions will be sepratly announced upon reservation request.

Other: In case of damages to the apartments, which do not develop in
the context of the "normal use", the guest agrees to be resposible
and will be charged for it.
