Sleeps 8 in upstairs bedrooms - Plus additional sleeping area for up to 4.
Additional guests may be accomodated in fully finished ground level den with patio doors leading to rear of house and seperate entrance.

Available for both weekly rentals or B&B style individual room rentals.

Weekly rates: July $3,500; August $4,000; September $1,900 (weekly rentals run from Thursday 3pm check-in through Thursday 10am checkout). 

B&B Option - includes Saturday breakfast, bikes & kayaks.
Option #1 - Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom - sleeps up to four people.  $750 per weekend (Friday 3pm through Sunday 6pm). 
Option #2 - Standard Bedroom with two twin beds.  $500 per weekend (Friday 3pm through Sunday 6pm).

All of the above are turn-key and include the move-in/move-out house keeping, all linens & towels.  

Weekly house rental includes use of East Hampton Town beach parking permit.
