Sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, also comes with large couch/futon. 120ft of private frontage. Private swim raft and dock w/water slide. Also available is a 12 ft. Aluminun row boat, a paddle boat,2 kayaks and a basketball hoop for family fun. TV w/cable. Large grassy play area with swing set and sandy beach on the shoreline of an all sports lake. Great fishing right off the dock, beautiful sunsets, beach bum fireworks down the street on friday nights. Lounge and beach chairs, barbeque and firepit available. Large Grassy lot for family fun and games. Close to downtown, BeachBums baseball all shopping and activities. Full Winter rates available. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED

This family home has 2 bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has a full size bed in it, and the other bedroom houses 2 twin beds! Additional sleeping arrangements may include a large sofa in the livingroom.Single bathroom with shower. TV with Cable, Wireless Internet, fabulous views are made possible by the windows in the livingroom and kitchen, that also has a fireplace, swing set, large grassy lawn, outside gas shower. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and general dishes/pots and pans. Private (to home) swim raft and dock w/water slide (children only).
