Come and stay on Scenic Highway 30A.  It is a 18 mile strech of road and bike path that runs along the ocean and is a highly desirable area, with many high end communities dotted along the way.  We are on the west end closest to Destin (about 5 miles) that has everything you could possibly want on a vacation by the sea.  Great restaurants, shopping, and golf courses are minutes away.  Walking distance to the Santa Rosa Beach And Golf Club that has a great restaurant on the ocean and according to Golf Magazine has the "purest golf on the panhandle".  Gulf Place is just two blocks away with shopping, dining, ice cream, a coffee house and summer concerts.

Our condo, quiet and small, with just 16 units, is just 60 steps from a dune walkover to the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters.  There is a large pool just outside the screen porch and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained with a grassy area right outside the porch for kids to play when not at the beach or in the pool.  Ample parking with an assigned area near your door.  We are a pet friendly complex.
