The house is located approximately 5 miles from the exciting Vegas strip or approximately 7 minutes from Wynn Hotel Casino and Las Vegas convention center. It was designed to satisfy the highest expectations for your dream Vegas vacation. This beautiful two story mansion can accommodate up to 20 people with the 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Upstairs you will find a study area, 3 bedroom suites plus 2 additional full sized futons in the hallway. First bedroom suite has 2 king beds with Sealy mattress and fire place. 2nd bedroom suite has 2 twin beds with 2 trundles. 3rd bedroom suite has 2 full size beds. 4th bedroom has 1 full size bed.

Down stairs in the spacious living room you can enjoy a Olhausen 8 ft pool table, 55 inch flat screen TV and a fireplace. The beautiful formal dining room seats up to 8 people. Our fully equipped, gourmet kitchen features high quality appliances ready for your cooking needs. The kitchen overlooks a delightful family room and fun entertainment area with Vocopro karaoke machine, 55” flat screen TV and fire place. The master suite is also located down stairs and has 2 king sized beds with Sealy mattress, 42” plasma TV, fire place and private Jacuzzi tub. And additional 5th bedroom downstairs features it’s own separate entrance and includes a full size bed that is great for kids to stay adjacent to the Master Suite.

The beauty of this home’s interior flows into the gorgeous backyard. The sparkling pool and spa offers great privacy. Our large covered patio area offers an enjoyable outdoor cooking area with gas BBQ gill. Be sure to take advantage of our putting green!
