Two story Guest house has 1 queen bed in the combination living room/bedroom, a walk through area with built in bunk beds, bathroom with a shower, TV with DVD/VHS player and stereo, and a gas fireplace upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchen/wet bar/dining area with a fold out queen sofa bed, TV, gas fireplace and another bathroom with a shower on the lower level.

  Located near the Balboa Island Ferry, where you can cross to the Balboa Peninsula to discover the many restaurants and various other activities such as boat rentals, tours, arcades and the ocean.  Stroll the boardwalk around the Island and enjoy the bayfront beaches and a charming downtown area where you can shop and dine. Or just enjoy our pleasant patio with heated pool and comfortable chaise lounges and have a barbecue.

Weekly Summer Rental

$1250/week plus 10% ($125) city room tax (applies to stays under 30 days)

$200 security deposit required. Cleaning charges (currently $90,sometimes more, to be determined by cleaning service) & any damages are deducted from the security deposit and balance returned to you within 10 days after departure.

Check in time is Saturday at 2 p.m. and check out is the following Saturday at 11 A.M.
